For a long time I thought my personal fitness journey was my biggest passion - but in 2019, I realised it was helping others start their own. While I love helping a range of clients achieve a range of differing goals, my area of speciality is strength and conditioning training and equipping women with a toolkit of knowledge to feel confident, comfortable and capable lifting weights (seriously ladies, if you haven’t started yet, you don’t know what you’re missing)!
Whatever your health and fitness goals may be, I want to help you get there through proper education, motivation, accountability and whatever else you need throughout your journey.
